It takes a lot for us to post about freestyles here at TRENCH, and when we say a lot, we mean it has to be something special—and that's exactly what South London rapper Grizzy delivered when he locked in with Kenny Allstar for his Mad About Bars freestyle.

With rhymes relating to Posty's infamous "Say East London" incident, as well as bars that dismiss his opps with an urgent drill flow, it's the second part of this freestyle where things step up a gear, interpolating TLC's "No Scrubs" in the process.

In 2019, we're used to artists using known classics in their tracks but rarely have we seen it done in such a unique and original way, and in a freestyle! It just makes us question: when can we get an official version?
