Veteran South London MC Genesis Elijah is back at it with his latest drop "Practice".

The track sees the him deliver his usual deadly and powerful bars over a classic grime-inspired instrumental, where he lets it be known that he is not a mic-man to be played with.

"Practice" comes with a music video loaded with Channel U-style charm, following the 38-year-old rapper as he delivers his heavy-hitting bars with immense energy. Appropriately enough, given the headlines, he also shows love to Wiley in the video, playing a clip of the grime legend ranting for the intro.

Genesis Elijah's grime-inspired album, Vision, is set to land on January 17.
