After a series of highly-rated singles, including the recent "With Ease" and "Flawless", Flohio has at last dropped her eagerly-anticipated mixtape No Panic No Pain, an enjoyably hyped listen showcasing her high-spirited talents.

Flohio's excitable tone comes to the fore in an animated 10-track project enriched with liveliness and dynamism. While known for her distinct rap style, the South London rapper refuses to stay confined to one sound with tracks like "Booby Traps" bringing a new, more drill-oriented element to the table — you'll be pleased to know, however, that her striking flow still shines through.

Speaking on the release of No Panic No Pain, Flohio says on Instagram: "We finally did it and I'm guessing it's arrived just at the right time because I've had to learn the hard way that nothing happens before its time. I was on the path of overcoming certain barriers throughout 2019 and this unbelievable year that clarity was far from my mind, but I'm glad stuck to my guns and went through that tunnel vision because the manifestation has been so rewarding."
