Following hot on the heels of "SPF", Flohio is back with another taste of her upcoming debut album her latest cut "Highest".

For the instrumental, she's called on producer SPEECH who's crafted a heady mix of elongated synth notes and crunchy effects. Her rhymes are as incisive as ever as she makes it clear to all that she's rising up to new levels, even in the midst of hardship. It's an exhilarating and empowering moment, laid out with the kind of mastery and poise that have become her trademark.

Speaking on the memories and sounds that inspired the new track, she shares: "I grew up around the time of games like Playstations and Nintendos; I'm bringing back the nostalgia of me in my living room playing games with my friends at age 10. Game soundtracks like Final Fantasy and Super Mario. I wanted [Out Of Heart] to speak to my inner child and where it all started while bringing me back to now and who I am today."
