Fast-rising trio FLO are fresh off releasing their intoxicating EP The Lead, housing anthems fit for trips abroad with your girls and delivering post-breakup reassurance. Their latest release "Not My Job" is another hair-raising show of their forward-thinking take on R&B with its air-tight, three-part harmonies and sassy lyricism.

MNEK and Tre Jean take charge of the production, shifting FLO away from their usual, soft-textured backdrop into a slightly tougher electronic space. Crunchy guitars and synths guide their urgent expression, claiming they're no longer taking on extra responsibilities and definitely not at the cost of their time, energy, and sanity.

Speaking on the track, they say: "We are obsessed with "Not My Job" and feel like every single day we say 'it's not my job' to someone. Everyone solves issues other people have created, whether it's in a romantic relationship, family drama or at work, and sometimes you just gotta say... it's really not my job. It was pretty cool that Kelly Rowland came into our session when we were putting the finishing touches on our vocals with MNEK in LA. She knows the job!"
