Ego Ella May is back with a new video for "Sister", a highlight from her recent album, Good Intentions.

Presented as the opening chapter of a new era in the post-FIELDNOTES stage of her career, Good Intentions also includes previous singles "Don't Take My Lover Away", "What You Waiting For", "We're Not Free", "What We Do", and the title track.

Co-produced with Tom Excell, "Sister" roots itself in jazz and soul, glazed with uplifting chords and the South-East London artist's uniquely rich vocals. Shot by Jelani Pomell, the new video also sees Ego act opposite her real life sister.

Speaking on the album, she shares: "For a long time these songs were just small ideas moving quietly through my days. A melody that arrived while I was walking somewhere. A line that stayed with me long enough to write down. Little fragments that didn't know yet what they were becoming.

"Making this album felt different to the time around 'Honey For Wounds'. Back then everything still felt quite new to me, the process, the pace, even the idea of sharing something so personal with people I'd never met. This time the work asked for something slower. More listening, more patience, and a whole lot of trust."
