Tre Mission Joins DVBLM To Put Their Spin On UK Drill With "90's Baby"

November 15, 2021

Back with his first single of the year, Toronto-born MC and producer Tre Mission delivers the ominous drill-inspired track "90's Baby" alongside fellow Canadian DVBLM.

Tre kicks things off, opening with an infectious hook and a carefully crafted rap verse before DVBLM arrives with her equally skilled bars; dipping in and out of her Trini accent, she uses the moment to represent her roots and let us know exactly who's in charge.

The new team-up also comes with some visuals from director David Del Rosario who creates an ominous setting for the pair, plunging them in dramatic red and blue lighting.

Tre's been an honorary Londoner ever since he entered the grime scene with a series of top tier freestyles over a decade ago, and releases like this mean there's a place for him at the table, whether it's grime, drill or anything else he wants to turn his hand to.
