At the top of this year, Discarda announced the coming release of his new album, A Lyrical Pot Of Marmite, with the Lewi B-produced track "Eski Kid"—a personal yet heavy grime cut that played out like an autobiography as much as a reload-worthy banger.

Now he's back with the album's second single, "Waterboy", and it's starting to look like the upcoming set is going to be a pure distillation of everything Discarda's about. Even if you're only tangentially aware of Discarda (in which case we have to ask what planet you've been living on), his iconic "waterboy" bars should be etched into your brain.

Partnering with Bipolar Spider for the visuals, Discarda takes us on a tour round the block while he detonates his autobiographical tale of carving out his place in grime's history. Appropriately, powerhouse duo JLSXND7RS and Ironsoul have given Discarda an equally classic-sounding instrumental to suit to this punchy run through the MC's grime journey.
