South East London's DC is back with a new project, In The Loop, his first since 2019's Under The Influence.

The rapper has managed to turn his back on life's ills, and focus on working on what brings joy in music. In The Loop is refreshingly introspective, bringing us in on DC's journey navigating the world and giving us insight into his desire for success.

Tracks like "Neighbourhood", "Diamonds" and "Tears, Sweat, Blood" in particular hone in on the notion of DC reconciling with his life's circumstances and content with his journey thus far. Employing a laid-back delivery against a backdrop of TSB's instrumentals, DC lays out well-considered rhymes as he goes to bat against hyper-masculinity and the temptations of road life — a strong showing of immense personal growth.
