Birmingham spitter Dapz On The Map reveals the first track from his incoming debut album titled "Contingency".

He links up with Swifta to provide the mid-tempo beat that Dapz lathers with his insightful bars about holding himself accountable for his work ethic. Charging over the production with a fiery passion, he shows he's determined to turn things around and finally be consistent with his plans. With E Blessed behind the lens, the visuals directly reflect this internal dialogue as we see two versions of Dapz training hard on screen and putting the rumours to rest at a press conference.

"The inspiration for the track stems from conversations I've had with family/friends & supporters." Dapz says, "They all echo a similar message. 'Where's the new music?' 'We need consistency?' 'We just want to know what's in store, fam. Tell us what you've been through'. Contingency is taking accountability for my lack of music and leaving no room for Plan B. It's a self-reflecting message and essentially a mental battle whilst giving encouragement that I can achieve my goals if I remain consistent."
