Children Of Zeus Make Their Return With Velvety R&B Cut "No Love Song"

April 22, 2021

Three years after their debut album, Travel Light, Children Of Zeus return to the terrain with the belly-warming R&B single "No Love Song", ahead of their anticipated project, Balance.

For "No Love Song", the Manchester duo once again turned to Jay-Z, Beyonce, Nipsey Hussle and Griselda collaborator Beat Butcha, a producer they worked with on a good chunk of Travel Light.

Despite its title, the track's honeyed harmonies play out like a romantic gesture from the pair, presenting a more laidback, soul-driven R&B arrangement with a blues-stitched production and velvety keys. Added to that, teases of caramelised riffs from vocalist Tyler Daley and charismatic and charged verses from rapper Konny Kon keep you on your toes.

It's an evolved sound on "No Love Song" and an introduction to a more refined and grown version of Children Of Zeus.

While we wait for the June 4 arrival of Balance, hit play on "No Love Song" below.
