South London rapper Che Lingo connected with Nairobi/Leeds artist Tamaraebi last month to deliver the uplifting single "Eyes On The Prize". Now they have given new life to the single with a brand new video co-directed by Che himself alongside Will Ainsworth.

The video follows a young boy living in an estate who, along with his friends, his chasing his dreams of being a footballer. A moving treatment, it delicately captures the essence of Black boy joy as their fun continues uninterrupted from day to night.

Speaking on the video, Che comments: "Writing and co-directing this moment with Will Ainsworth especially with Nat Rose Anderson, Tracey Desula and the crew was a big creative step for me. They helped bring the moment to life in the best way. I want to create more culture-defining moments like this visually. Things people can really live inside even just for a few minutes."

Following the themes and the uplifting messages of both the track and visuals, it comes at no surprise that "Eyes On The Prize" will feature on the official soundtrack for Fifa 22. Take a spin below.
