It's been a little while since we last had a Champion original gifted to us, although we have been kept well-fed with A-grade remixes of ABISHA's "Home To You" and "Lavender & Red Roses" by IBEYI and Jorja Smith. Last February's "Jetwash" was his last single and even that had been in the pipeline for some time.

That all changes today with the release of his new single, "My Way", with vocals from Daliya Nava. An early anthem for the approaching sun, it's another fine example of Champion's knack for balancing weighty ingredients like the chunky, lurching bassline against Nava's light and breezy vocals, which he then chops up for the percussive, sugar-coated hook.

Thankfully, we won't have to wait too long for more Champion productions. This, we're told, is the first of many on BE83 and word has it he's also been cooking something up with Skrillex and Four Tet—although he's keeping tight-lipped on the details for now.
