Celeste Returns To Conquer Self Doubt With Jamaica-Shot Visuals For "Coco Blood"

July 22, 2019

Shot in Jamaica, London-based artist Celeste returns with her first piece of new music since her Lately EP earlier this year. The latest track entitled "Coco Blood" sees her putting her soulful vocals on full display as she explores themes such as self belief and doubt, all the while pushing herself to keep going, regardless of what comes her way.

Speaking about the track, she said: "I wrote 'Coco Blood' about four years ago when I first moved to London and the first verse is about me moving to a new city. Moving to focus on music and see where it would take me, the chorus are you warm enough, coco blood, was me talking to myself, asking myself if I'm good enough and have the patience to persevere."
