Capo Lee, Jme, Frisco And Shorty Announce Massive Collaborative Album With "Baitest Sound"

February 10, 2021

Tottenham has long since been a hotbed of lyrical talent and that remains true to this day. Late last night, Jme, Frisco and Shorty, came together with Capo Lee to unite their talents with the latter's new school, alternative flow for new track "Baitest Sound".

The Skepta-produced instrumental is distinctly industrial, with sounds likened to barbells clanging in the gym, rather fitting given the heavyweight status of all involved. Tapping into their roots, the four shellers find common cause while impressively retaining their individuality.

This is the first taste of the North London four-piece's collaborative Norf Face album, which is due out March 6, and will form part of the "musical backdrop" of an upcoming short film the they've made called N17, charting their roots and the area that raised them.

Dig into "Baitest Sound" below and be sure to look out for the music video, which is due to arrive imminently.

Updated on February 12: the official video has now landed.
