Boylan And Flowdan Collide On Chugging Dubstep Monster "Start Up”
August 08, 2019
Next month, Boylan will release his new album, 2 Hrs Sleep (via Nomine Sound), and he's just unveiled one of the album's highlights, "Start Up" with Flowdan — only a year after the collaborative Bedlam album with Trends dropped.
Judging by "Start Up", 2 Hrs Sleep will continue a lot of the dubstep/grime fusions that its predecessor explored. Centred around a thundering low-end rumble that marches relentlessly forward, Flowdan strides confidently over it, barking his rallying war cry over the chest-rattling riddim.
Besides that, there isn't a huge amount of information about the album just yet, but there will be a launch party in conjunction with Subtle FM at The Victoria, Dalston, on Friday 23rd August.
