West London Rapper ASB Cements His UK-US Alliances With 'Prayer, Profit & Progress'

June 01, 2020

Arriving straight off the back of a triumphant supporting slot on Dave East and Kiing Shooter on the European leg of the Survival tour, West London rapper ASB is back with his fifth album Prayer, Profit & Progress, a towering achievement that crowns all the work he's done in both UK and US rap scenes, solidifying those alliances in the process.

Including features from fellow West Londoner Airz Flawless, Brooklyn rap legend Uncle Murda, Peckham veteran Tiny Boost, Brixton's Sho Shallow, Philadelphia hero D-Jones, and Queensbridge/Harlem rapper GQ (aka Genuine Quality) — as well as instrumentals from U.S producers Bally Boy and Trell Got Wings, and Londoners Kaze Beats and Timmy Thuggz — Prayer, Profit & Progress deftly blends the East Coast take on UK drill without overshadowing his London roots.

Alongside the new project, ASB also released a three-part mini-doc that gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at the album's studio session as well as footage from the recent Survival tour. Watch that here.
