It's been a little while since we last heard from 808INK. 2019's Noisy Neighbours was a monumental achievement, threading together all their myriad influences — from G-funk and R&B to UK rap and trap — but apart from the odd single, that was the last we heard from them. Still, it was their sixth album so Mumblez and 808Charmer were probably due a little time off.

Now they're back though, and new single "Flick Of The Wrist (I Know)" has them sounding refreshed and chilled having spent their time off switching up their sound (and, according to their Instagram, working on a new mixtape). Accurately described in the comments section as "Maybach music", the first thing you notice is the glistening, auto-tuned sheen that coats the whole track, driven forward by a slick trap sound and the self-assured calm of two rappers at the height of their powers.
