It feels like rapping just comes easy to Hackney's 23 Unofficial. His natural talent speaks volumes and on his new single, "No Handouts", he once again makes it looks effortless. The track was first heard closing out his most recent project, The Takeoff, and has now been given some visual treatment that shows the young East Londoner reflecting on his journey so far.

"No Handouts" features some sensational vocals from Nadine Samuels, who instantly sets the tone with a gripping hook before 23 comes in to glide over the beat with his laid-back flow. Backed by a silky production from Zeeko, he discusses his come-up, his life choices and acknowledges everyone that's supported him along the way.
