TRENCH Radio: 10 Of The Best Mixes This Week

SoundCloud (while it still lives) can be an impenetrable, infinite stream of music, often of varying quality. You need a soundtrack to start your weekend right, but you don't have the requisite lifetime to trawl through the week's new DJ mixes. To help you out, we've done the busy work for you. We'll be running this series every single Friday of every single week to bring you the very finest in house, grime, techno, bashment, R&B, trap, D&B and no doubt a bunch of extremely trendy stuff that doesn't have a name yet.

First up, Mixpak boss Dre Skull dug deep into the latest dancehall and Caribbean rhythms; bass lover Major Kaos gave us a summer-ready mix of house and UKG bubblers; New Yorker Kush Jones shone the spotlight on the very best The Bronx has to offer; India Jordan put together an adventurous mix of house, UKG and bass music; London writer, DJ and broadcaster Tasha LC got our feet moving with this kinetic mix of drum-heavy club cuts; Irish selector Syn pulled together everything from Jersey club to nu metal; Australian club king DJ Plead seamlessly blended Arab and Middle Eastern influences into the weirdest and wildest electronics he could lay his hands on; and, finally, Anthoney Hart delved deep into the golden era (1992) hardcore that shaped the Basic Rhythm alias he uses today.

This is TRENCH Radio's best mixes of the week.
