TRENCH Radio: 10 Of The Best Mixes This Week

SoundCloud (while it still lives) can be an impenetrable, infinite stream of music, often of varying quality. You need a soundtrack to start your weekend right, but you don't have the requisite lifetime to trawl through the week's new DJ mixes. To help you out, we've done the busy work for you. We'll be running this series every single Friday of every single week to bring you the very finest in house, grime, techno, bashment, R&B, trap, D&B and no doubt a bunch of extremely trendy stuff that doesn't have a name yet.

First up, Exit Records regular Fixate warmed fans up for his appearance at Warehouse Project tonight with a grime-soaked blend of D&B; Dubcult founder, DJ and photographer Medis Marley (pictured) went deep into the 150 BPM end of her vast collection of dubstep and beyond; Brighton selector Charles Green delivered an East-meets-West tour de force of techno, 2-step and even a bit of a jungle; the always adventurous Black Square defied all genre boundaries with a scenic voyage through rap, techno, IDM, house music and hardcore; and, finally, SIROJ kept the Valentine's Day vibes going for another week with some silky smooth Dutch R&B jams.

This is TRENCH Radio's best mixes of the week.
