TRENCH Radio: 10 Of The Best Mixes This Week

SoundCloud (while it still lives) can be an impenetrable, infinite stream of music, often of varying quality. You need a soundtrack to start your weekend right, but you don't have the requisite lifetime to trawl through the week's new DJ mixes. To help you out, we've done the busy work for you. We'll be running this series every single Friday of every single week to bring you the very finest in house, grime, techno, bashment, R&B, trap, D&B and no doubt a bunch of extremely trendy stuff that doesn't have a name yet.

London-based DJ and radio host Jenny Cheng assumed her Stem guise to kick things off with a cocktail of breaks, electro, footwork and countless other strains of club music; Terrorhythm affiliate Klasey Jones celebrated his pal Plastician's birthday with a mix of rumbling bass music; Berlin/Sydney duo Pinz & Pelz marked the release of their eclectic new EP, A Purer Life, with an hour of pure D&B; Toronto-based club maestro Jacques Greene pulled together a dreamy mix to get us in the mood for his new album Dawn Chorus; Voltage Melbourne co-founder and Brit expat Hedchef fused electro with breaks for his Australian-focused selections; and, finally, New Zealand-born club destroyer Air Max '97 pushed our heart rates through the roof with this storm of dancefloor power.

This is TRENCH Radio's best mixes of the week.
