SoundCloud (while it still lives) can be an impenetrable, infinite stream of music, often of varying quality. You need a soundtrack to start your weekend right, but you don't have the requisite lifetime to trawl through the week's new DJ mixes. To help you out, we've done the busy work for you. We'll be running this series every single Friday of every single week to bring you the very finest in house, grime, techno, bashment, R&B, trap, D&B and no doubt a bunch of extremely trendy stuff that doesn't have a name yet.

First up, Manchester duo Hanz & Sonice stepped up with some off-kilter, breaks-tinged rave cuts; 6 Figure Gang's Jossy Mitsu dropped off an adventurous blend of house music, UKG, electro, and a whole bag of out-there club heat; T.Williams marked the recent release of recent single "The Remedy" (out today on legendary NY label Strictly Rhythm) with a heart-racing mix of vocal house music; German selector DJ Neewt served a helping of psychedelia with his 4x4 thumpers; Manuka Records co-founder Hypho dug deep into the jungle end of his bass music collection with a teeth-crunching session; and, finally, D&B selector Bladerunner and Texas MC celebrated Halloween in style with a rowdy hour of D&B.
