TRENCH Radio: 10 Of The Best Mixes This Week

SoundCloud (while it still lives) can be an impenetrable, infinite stream of music, often of varying quality. You need a soundtrack to start your weekend right, but you don't have the requisite lifetime to trawl through the week's new DJ mixes. To help you out, we've done the busy work for you. We'll be running this series every single Friday of every single week to bring you the very finest in house, grime, techno, bashment, R&B, trap, D&B and no doubt a bunch of extremely trendy stuff that doesn't have a name yet.

First up, Bradley Zero set the tone with a mind-expanding voyage through jazz, club music and a variety of other-worldly electronics; Rinse FM selector Jyoty had the crowd pleading for more with her total disregard for genre boundaries; DJ JM warmed us up for the launch of Banshee's Thought Bubbles EP tonight with an energetic and eclectic mix of club music; Sublow hero Jon E Cash dove into the vaults for DJ Dice throwback mix; Tectonic regular Walton celebrated the release of his Depth Charge EP with a gut-punching mix of twisted bass and snarling breaks; and, finally, L U C Y blended together D&B, grime, bass music and more for the inaugural mix for her new label SZN7N.

This is TRENCH Radio's best mixes of the week.
