TRENCH Radio: 10 Of The Best Mixes This Week

SoundCloud (while it still lives) can be an impenetrable, infinite stream of music, often of varying quality. You need a soundtrack to start your weekend right, but you don't have the requisite lifetime to trawl through the week's new DJ mixes. To help you out, we've done the busy work for you. We'll be running this series every single Friday of every single week to bring you the very finest in house, grime, techno, bashment, R&B, trap, D&B and no doubt a bunch of extremely trendy stuff that doesn't have a name yet.

Easing us into the weekend is one of our favourite DJ duos, Sicaria Sound with another masterful mix of dubstep; OVO signee Gonnie Garko (pictured) turned the temperature up with a smooth blend of rap, R&B and club music; Rob Booth dug out a powerful 2009 session of rolling, grimey, thumpers from rave veteran Milanese; Anthoney Hart donned his Basic Rhythm alias to celebrate his recent On The Threshold album on Planet Mu with an educational run through his record bag; from there, it's pure ravey breaks, culminating in a powerful, bone-crunching mix of techno, hardcore, gabber, jungle and more from Brazilian club crew TORMENTA.

This is TRENCH Radio's best mixes of the week.
