TRENCH Radio: 10 Of The Best Mixes This Week

SoundCloud (while it still lives) can be an impenetrable, infinite stream of music, often of varying quality. You need a soundtrack to start your weekend right, but you don't have the requisite lifetime to trawl through the week's new DJ mixes. To help you out, we've done the busy work for you. We'll be running this series every single Friday of every single week to bring you the very finest in house, grime, techno, bashment, R&B, trap, D&B and no doubt a bunch of extremely trendy stuff that doesn't have a name yet.

This week Italy's Saint Ludo spun together a truly eclectic voyage through drill, R&B, IDM, grime, garage and house; Juke Bounce Werk mainstay DJ Swisha gave us a nostalgic trip through Baltimore Club history; Club Aerobics lynchpin Bianca Oblivion turned the heat up with an hour of global soundsystem from rap to D&B with some classic rave tunes for good measure; Basic Rhythm whet our appetites for his upcoming third album with a dream-heavy power-hour; Bristol's Khanum reinforced his hometown's reputation as a dubstep beacon; acid and hardcore vet Warlock get deep and dark with some strictly 170 selections; Swansea's KDLT gave us a mix of searing D&B fury; Nuvaman reminded us why he's one of the brightest lights in D&B's new generation with a 100% production mix; Stagga celebrated the release of his new Jungle Zen album, which dropped today, with a bone-crunching session; and, finally, vowl bridged the gap between trap, trance and wave with his futuristic new mix.

This is TRENCH Radio's best mixes of the week.
