Mixtape Madness & adidas Launch New Season Of #BeatTheClock f/ S-X, Nyge, CeeBeaats & JAE5

Honouring the launch of their stylish new ZX kicks, adidas and Mixtape Madness come together for another season of their popular #BeatTheClock series.

The idea is to challenge a producer to make a beat from a selected sample in just 15 minutes and, at the end, they'll be judged on their creative flair, difficulty level, and the overall quality of the sonics.

For this season, they've invited established beatmakers Nyge, CeeBeaats, S-X and JAE5 to bring their own unique styles of production to the challenge. Across four episodes, host Walkz sits down with each of the producers in the legendary Abbey Road Studios and Metropolis Studios to break down their creative process as we watch the action unfold.

With support from Mixtape Madness, adidas are launching the campaign to coincide with the release of the new line of adidas ZX kicks. They've also just launched a TikTok challenge that invites aspiring freestylers to take on the new instrumentals and share using the #BeatTheClock and #adidasZX hashtags.
