It’s been a whirlwind couple of years since Smokey Bubblin’ B first debuted on Rinse; he’s held down a regular show ever since and he’s been banging out releases on Kiwi, Simma Black, and DJ EZ’s Nuvolve.

Now he’s back with a fresh drop, this time connecting with garage veteran and DJ/producer Smasher for nostalgia-heavy, spoken word cut “FTC”. Smokey handles the production, pricking those nostalgic points with a crisp and bouncy cocktail of garage at its most timeless.

He also opens the track, setting the tone with a few words before Smasher takes the reins, sending us hurtling back to the ‘90s when the suits were oversized, the champagne flowed, and Moschino and Patrick Cox reigned supreme.
