London-based producers and radio regulars Noire and Akito have been friends and creative allies for some time now, but over the past year and a half, they’ve been working together on what would ultimately become their debut collaborative EP, Ripples.

Five tracks of UK funky, grime and Jersey Club elements twisted and contorted into their own love letter to underground club culture, the new collection drops next month. Ahead of that, they’re liberating the title track, a take on funky that manages to be heavy yet colourful with big, bone-snapping drums and a grimey coating to tie it all together.
