At just 20 years old, East London’s KarimThaPeasant has already achieved quite a lot. Since his 2016 debut, he’s sold out a string of live shows including last year at Camden Assembly, and has supported artists like IAMDDB and Unknown T with his unique brand of hip-hop that channels elements of grime and trap.

This is shown through his latest track “Legacy” (directed and edited by the man himself) with its video which begins by capturing the energy of the crowd at one of his live shows. It then continues with shots of the rapper and his crew in different locations, as he flexes on his peers and makes it clear that regardless of what anyone thinks, he’s focused on progressing and ultimately building a legacy.
