EXCLUSIVE:
South Londoner JXCOB Serves Up Thoughtful Rap Gem “Somewhereindubai”

Emerging London rap talent JXCOB — who until recently operated under the Santego moniker — is gearing up to make some major moves in the coming months. Up until now he’s been carefully lining up his plans and now he’s ready to put them into action. The first step in his manoeuvres is the new video for his latest single “Somewhereindubai”, a measured consideration of the paths life can take us on and how our relationships can evolve and, in some cases, drift away, often through no fault of our own. In the video (which he directed himself with Rob Fenton handling filming and editing) we see him draped in crisp white trackies in a tastefully minimal apartment and there’s an admirable wisdom in his tone as he accepts that sometimes, as the old tautology says, “it is what it is”.
