EXCLUSIVE:
Croydon’s Eerf Evil Unites The New Generations Of Rap And Jazz On Silky-Smooth New Single “See Us Live”

Croydon’s next to blow, Eerf Evil (“live free” backwards), has been working tirelessly in the underground for a few years now. Quick-witted drops like “Art Like Banksy” and “Just Breathe”—not to mention the his live shows—have already earned him a loyal fanbase, but new single “See Us Live” could be about to take him even further.

Doubling down on his love for classic rap sounds, “See Us Live” takes that even further, employing jazzy flourishes and a free-flowing instrumental (produced by friend and collaborator Srigala) for Eerf to lace with his effortlessly cool tales of life on the block. Though the subject matter veers into the brutally honest, he keeps it authentic throughout and speaks using the perspective he’s gained as a youth worker in the very area he grew up in. Errf also keeps things balanced with his razor-sharp wit and a set of visuals that together manage to find the humour in surprising places.

While this may be his first official single, at least as far as Spotify is concerned, we suspect there’s plenty more where this came from.
