Bakey is back with a fresh slammer for the clubs: “Senses”

Released on Warehouse Project Records at midnight, the new track follows London-born, Bristol-based DJ and producer’s debut EP release Backrooms, a month-long spring residency at Phonox, and no fewer than four sets at Glastonbury this year.

Building on his love of sound system culture, specifically garage and jungle, “Senses” stacks heavy breaks, meaty subs and a euphoric piano house bridge to freshen the palette.

Speaking on the new track, Bakey shares: “‘Senses’ feels like a statement of everything I’ve been building towards—dark club energy and groove, but with more emotion. It’s the kind of track I’d want to drop right at the turning point in a set.”
