EXCLUSIVE:
Bristol Hip-Hop Producer Baileys Brown Grabs The Mic As Axel Holy For “Let It Go”

Bristol hip-hop producer Baileys Brown has been known for the better part of a decade as one of the scene’s most talented hip-hop producers, leading the charge not just in his hometown, but across the country. Today, however, he’s stepping out as under his new alias Axel Holy to present his debut album as an MC, Wonderworld 2.

Aided by a select few guest spots from around his hometown—including singer Marie Lister, Split Prophets rappers Flying Monk and DatKid, boom bap rapper Wishmaster and producer Jack Danz—Axel Holy collects together the full range of rap sounds in his palette. To celebrate the drop, he’s just revealed the visuals for project highlight “Let It Go”, the third single to be liberated from Wonderworld 2.

With an eerie yet energised instrumental from Danz, Axel fires out bar after bar of smoky and menacing bars, inviting all pretenders to challenge him at their own peril. Ever a force to be reckoned with, we doubt this is the last we’ll hear from Axel Holy.

Check out the animated visual courtesy of Monsta Animation at the top and dig into the album here. Also, tune into his Instagram Live at 10pm (BST) tonight for the album listening party.
