In a vision of things to come, rap trio The Manor are sharing their solution to the retribution you feel the morning after the night before. 

"How U Feelin?" shows all three on top form, with some of their tightest bars to date, as they languish at the bottom of their bank balances with a month of Sainsbury's basics ahead of them. The trudging, rap-meets-garage production on this one comes courtesy of Yanaku and sounds like it's doing its best not to exacerbate that stabbing feeling you've got behind your eyes.
