Meridian and Bloodline legend President T is and he's got a new set of visuals to go with the concrete release date.

Taken from Stranger Returns, "What You On?" sees Prez getting some stuff off his chest. Whether you've been pestering him for the new album (even he admits it's been more than a minute, to be fair), biting his flow or just generally getting on his nerves, then you'd best get out the way. 

In the rain and snow-soaked visuals, directed by Rianna Tamara, Prez travels around the block with some shady-looking types while he sprays some of his most intense bars yet over a breakneck SPK instrumental.
