Monro Reveals "Green Light" Featuring Ay Em As Third Part Of 'Deep End' EP Journey

November 28, 2018

Producer Monro already has a talented list of names under his belt, having worked with artists such as Sinéad Harnett, Flohio, Jae Stephens and Doja Cat. Working his way up to the release of his four-track Deep End EP, in which he says "every track is different but they're all part of the same journey", he has revealed the third part, "Green Light", which features Fulham's Ay Em.

The track is a moonlit street anthem that sees Ay Em provide auto-tuned vocals over dark, atmospheric 808 beats, weaving pre-nightclub tales about a girl pushing him to his limits when it comes to drugs. The song is part of a wider story of the project which explores the emotional process of a breakdown of a relationship, with each track looking at a different perspective.

The Deep End EP is due Dec. 5.
