Taken from her upcoming EP, Seasons, UK soul riser Mahalia has revealed a new single from the project entitled "Surprise Me". Having recently appeared on American rapper Russ' sophomore album, and with preparation for her autumn tour underway, this song serves as another reminder of the immense talent Mahalia is. The track recently appeared on HBO's popular series Insecure, which heavily explores the ups and downs of relationships, similar to Mahalia's catalogue thus far. This year has been filled with subtle but big moves for the Birmingham native, including a top-quality feature with Kojey Radical, who coincidentally is the only feature on the five-track project.
