Once again we return to the goldmine that is the Practice Hours DVDs. This time we're going for the second volume for an amazing clip of Ruff Sqwad's Prince Rapid, Slix and Dirty Danger sitting in a college classroom explaining the story behind their 2005 anthem "Underground".

Interestingly, when asked of his current influences, Rapid cites almost exclusively U.S names like Neptunes and Just Blaze. He does go on to list Skepta, Jammer and Macabre Unit as UK acts he respects, but it's interesting to see him openly claim U.S hip-hop as an influence when most were keen to distance grime from hip-hop.

From there we get a brief rundown of the crew's history, from making early hit "Tings In Boots" to learning the technical aspects of music and songwriting. Take a look below.
