HERITAGE: Ultimate Kaos Perform "Hoochie Booty" Live On Top Of The Pops (1995)

Having started as backing dancers for '80s singer Sinitta, Haydon Eshun, Jomo Baxter, Jayde Delpratt, Ryan Elliott and Nick Grant were put together by Simon Cowell in 1992, originally going by the name Chaos. Their first release under that name—while most of the band was still in school—was a cover of Michael Jackson's "Farewell My Summer Love". They then changed their name to Ultimate Kaos and relaunched in 1995.

The R&B group would stay together for the rest of the '90s, putting out a brand of R&B in the vein of Bel Biv Devoe and New Edition, eventually parting ways in 1999. Here they are on Top Of The Pops in 1995 performing their debut single proper "Hoochie Booty".
