November 17, 2017

UK reggae, dancehall and UKG legend Tubby T first emerged in 2002 with his legendary Sticky collaboration "Tales Of The Hood". The UKG classic ended up hitting number 47 in the UK charts and he quickly signed with Virgin Records. In 2005 Tubby T won a UMA for Most Inspirational Artist, but just three years later he sadly passed away after suffering his second stroke at just 33 years old—his first being 2004.

Below we've got footage of him vocaling a dancehall dubplates of "Tales Of The Hood" and "Obsession" for Silver Star Sound. The video was filmed by DJ Viper G, and also features Jazzwad, Smujji, DJ Viper G, Gussy, Randy, Dilly Ray and Valuble 1 hanging out in the Stingray Studios.

Take a look below at the late great talent below and go hunting in the deepest recesses of YouTube for the handful of his tracks that have made it there.
