Believe it or not being an letting agent is not unlike hustling on road — at least that's what Streatham rapper and letting agent KwayOrClinch is saying in the video for his new cut "Renting".

The video was born of this Insta video he posted that quickly went viral recently. In it he tells us a tongue-in-cheek story about renting out a property, doing credit checks and signing contracts with the kind of greazy flow that gets folks banned from YouTube these days. More than anything, though, it's a welcome reminder that drill doesn't have to be all doom and gloom.
